Operations Director - Facilities Management
Our client is a Facilities Management business with annual turnover in excess of £10m looking to grow the business to £20m within 3 years.
They currently undertake cleaning, property maintenance and landscape maintenance to predominantly property companies.
The Role
Reporting directly into the UK Managing Director you will manage the provision of FM delivery to client companies on a national basis.
The role has a focus on soft services throught the Uk, with a South East base. You will be responsible for managing the team of soft service operatives
with additional responsibility for P&L Management, Systems and Process Management,woking to KPI's & SLA's and Health and Safety. Driving business strategies and performance and Business Development.
The Requirement
The client is looking for an individual who has worked in a similar environment as an operations Manager/Director or Managing Director within the soft FM sector. You will have well honed business skills, the drive and hunger for succes and preferably have a professional qualification
